ThanatoSchizO "InsomniousNightLift"
Группа Thanatoschizo является одним из лидеров португальской андеграундной сцены. 'Insomnious Night Lift' - второй альбом группы - уже снискал превосходные эпитеты в португальской металл-прессе Что же вызывает подобные отклики? Португальская сцена не избалована наличием большого количества групп мирового класса. На ум приходят MOONSPELL, ну может быть "спящий" HEAVENWOOD. THANATOSCHIZO легко можно отнести к группам близким по духу к этим "монстрам". Gothic-death-doom музыка середины 90-х оказывает на их музыку сильное влияние. Куски ANATHEMA, участки DARKSEED или PARADISE LOST тех лет с добавлением неплохого женского вокала... Очень приличный и умный материал. Хотя, конечно же, лучше бы ему появиться во времена расцвета стиля, но и сейчас есть возможность окунуться в атмосферу тех не очень далёких лет.

ThanatoSchizO is one of the Portuguese leaders of the underground scene. ' Insomnious Night Lift ' - the second album of the group – have already gained excellent reviews in the Portuguese metal press. However, where's the surprise? The Portuguese scene is not spoiled by the presence of a large quantity of groups of world class. To my mind comes MOONSPELL. Well, there can be "latent" HEAVENWOOD and probably THANATOSCHIZO, since they've got the spirit of those "monster" bands. Gothic-Death-Doom music of the middle 90's has a strong effect on their music. Pieces from ANATHEMA, sections of DARKSEED or PARADISE LOST’s ambience of those years with the addition of a not bad female vocalist. Very decent and clever material, I would say! Of course that the band would gain a lot more, if it existed in the middle of last decade but for now they bring us the strong atmosphere of those not very distant years.
